Who You Are We need someone experienced in food preparation for around 60 people, preferably within an education or care setting. You should be flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently while juggling tasks and solving problems. You must be comfortable working evenings and weekends and able to commute to our remote location in Epping Forest. What the Job Involves Your role will include planning, preparing, cooking, and serving meals for school pupils visiting The Hive environmental education center on residential trips. This includes a variety of meals such as hot and cold breakfast options, cold lunches (served by other team members), and hot dinners. You will also be responsible for maintaining a spotless kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, catering to dietary and allergen requirements, and managing stock and supplies.
