As the Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving venue sales and building strong relationships with clients. From converting new enquiries to securing repeat business, youll be instrumental in maximising revenue and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion rates
Drive repeat business through regular rebook and feedback calls
Manage outbound campaigns to re-engage and attract new clients
Conduct professional venue show rounds to secure new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies
Manage the full booking process from initial enquiry through to event handover
Prepare accurate event documentation for the operations team
Who Theyre Looking For:
Proven sales experience within a venue, hospitality, or events-based environment
A strong commercial understanding of pricing and conversion
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in using CRM and booking systems
A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for client success
