Sales Executive
As Riverside continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive at our Honda dealership in Huddersfield.
Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience that reflects both Honda’s values and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Proactively identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, delivering positive Finance, Insurance & Protection (FP&I) revenue.
* Manage and nurture all enquiry leads to generate new business opportunities.
* Identify and maximise renewal and retention opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
* Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
* Maintain accurate and timely records using CRM systems.
* Sell with integrity at all times, ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes.
* Represent Honda and Riverside Motor Group with professionalism, passion and pride.
