Working directly for and with the Directors of EEI, the Human Resources (HR) Manager has a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources administration.
This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's objectives. The HR Manager will lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent, while also managing onboarding processes and employee relations. They will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with regards to employment laws and company policies, whilst simultaneously promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
Additionally, the HR Manager designs and oversees training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement, fostering a productive and positive workplace culture. As a key liaison between employees and management, the HR Manager will be instrumental in building strong relationships and communication channels throughout the organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
2. Manage a company’s appraisal system and conduct appraisal meetings
3. Ensure that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
4. Manage and train the SLT in HR matters
5. Monitor various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
6. Assess the need for training and then design and implement training programs accordingly
7. Handle any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
8. Set and review pay structures and employee perks and benefits
Qualifications
MCIPD or CIPD Essential

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
