Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Salary: £70,000 + Car Allowance
Our client, an award-winning housing developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a multi-phased residential development in Liskeard.
With a strong land bank, long-term stability, and an established senior leadership team, this opportunity will suit an experienced housing professional with a solid understanding of NHBC processes.
The Role
1. Manage day-to-day operations on a multi-phase housing development
2. Oversee both direct labour and subcontractors
3. Ensure compliance with current health & safety legislation
4. Liaise with NHBC and Building Control
5. Maintain programme, quality, and safety standards
6. Coordinate with local supply chain partners
Requirements
7. Proven track record as a Site Manager within housebuilding
8. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work (FAW)
9. Trade background preferred but not essential
10. Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and current regulations
11. Excellent organisational and communication skills
12. Good local supply chain knowledge
