Our client is a leading designer and supplier of bespoke, innovative architectural aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems. The company operates daily dispatches to the UK and Ireland from its three-acre manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Antrim. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmentally certified.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
* Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns
* Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
* Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
* Monitor and address performance issues
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
* Align HR initiatives with business objectives
* Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management
* Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives
Criteria
* 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
* Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
* Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law
* CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
* Learning & Development Practices
