What we are looking for
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our People team. As an People Administrator, you will support and report to the Head of People in a full scope of HR tasks to support our 3 divisions. This includes but is not limited to supporting performance management and development processes, absence management, talent review, recruitment, HR projects, training, HR reporting, HR compliance, supporting payroll & personnel administration process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude and be confident in taking on any type of HR task.
HR experience is very welcome, but if you are a graduate with a Human Resources Degree or looking to develop a career in HR, this role is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities
* Respond to both internal and external HR-related requests.
* Maintain records within databases such as payroll and employee details.
* Liaise with other departments or functions.
* Support the recruitment including sourcing and background checks.
* Assist supervisors in performance appraisals.
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and training.
* Manage/coordinate MZ’s full training programmes from creation to delivery ensuring that training sessions are undertaken by departments. This includes Project managing training sessions to ensure streamlined and successful delivery as well as companywide communications of scheduled training.
* Complete on-boarding and update records with new hires.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
* Support other functions as assigned.
