The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
* Tailored Fitness Programs: Design and deliver personalized fitness programs, including personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and fitness assessments.
* Expert Guidance: Assist clients with correct exercise form and technique, ensuring they get the most out of their workouts.
* Progress Monitoring: Track clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to keep them motivated and on track.
* Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and their fitness experience is top-notch.
* Gym Operations: Help with gym operations, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and opening and closing the gym.
* Membership Promotion: Promote and sell gym memberships and personal training sessions, helping clients commit to their fitness journey.
* Safety First: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of clients at all times. Provide first aid assistance if necessary.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry developments and attend training courses to keep your skills sharp.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer.
* A recognized qualification in fitness, such as a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or Personal Training.
* A good understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
