Job description: Our salary starts from £24,570 - and with uncapped commission you could be earning up to £35,000 OTE in your first year! Working from our state of the art Sheffield office, reporting into your Team Leader, you will make outbound calls following up a variety of incoming enquiries to provide businesses with fleet software solutions to drive efficiency, reduce risk and increase cost-effectiveness. Following our structured training programme you will be given all the tools you need to develop a successful sales career earning up to £35,000 OTE in your first year! You will: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Present demonstrations of the r2c Online platform using Teams/Zoom highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services. Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market. Required profile: To succeed in this role you will need to be focussed and resilient with a passion for sales and a dedication to providing a great customer experience. Full training is given but some previous sales experience, along with enthusiasm and a desire to succeed is essential. Ideally you will have: Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
