Admin Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast

Join Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Belfast as an Admin Officer and support the delivery of essential housing services through effective administrative support.

About the role:
1. £13.69 per hour
2. Housing Centre, Belfast
3. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
4. 37 hours per week
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support including recording and issuing of minutes.
8. Use systems and databases to produce reports and information as required.
9. Assist with organising venues and arrangements for Team meetings, events, and meetings with external service providers.
10. Maintain efficient office and administration systems.
11. Engage with tenants / customers.
12. Carry out all general office duties as required.
What you'll need for this role:
13. 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above ORequivalent qualification PLUS 2 years general administrative experience in an office environment
14. OR BTEC National OR equivalent PLUS 1 year’s administrative experience in an office environment, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
15. OR 3 years of general administrative experience within an office environment
16. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency.
17. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
18. High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
19. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
