* Manage travel operations for UK, EMEA, and US offices, understanding traveler movements and spend trends.
* Serve as a trusted advisor for senior management and stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for travel-related issues.
* Develop and implement travel strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives to enhance employee travel experience.
* Ensure compliance with travel policies and produce reports for senior leadership.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors, negotiate deals, and manage contracts.
* Support the firm’s sustainability initiatives, including achieving net zero carbon targets.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience managing a travel program in a corporate or TMC environment.
* Proven ability to manage third-party vendors effectively.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
