As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll work with existing Citation clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend the right mix of services to support their growth.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role, focused on cross-selling and upselling, Your success will come from strengthening relationships, increasing account value, and helping clients thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with existing clients to identify current and future needs
* Cross-sell and upsell relevant Citation services and solutions
* Deliver compelling sales conversations and confidently handle objections
* Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What You Bring:
* Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in consultative selling and objection handling
* A resilient, target-driven, and client-focused mindset
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
