HR Administrator Cheltenham £26,000 – £29,000 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Flexible or school hours available Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional who loves creating smooth, positive employee experiences? Our Cheltenham-based client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. This newly created position plays a key role in bringing HR operations in-house shaping efficient processes across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance. You’ll be joining a business that truly values collaboration, customer care, and sustainability. What you’ll be doing * Supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. * Managing job adverts, interview coordination, and candidate communication. * Handling right-to-work checks, contracts, and new starter documentation. * Maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting system improvements. * Managing the HR inbox, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Must-haves: * At least 2 years’ experience in an HR support or administration role. * Strong attention to detail and confident handling sensitive data. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Confident using HR systems and quick to learn new platforms. * Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. Nice-to-haves: * CIPD Level 3 (or working towards). * Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. * Familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
