Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 3 month retail fit-out project in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and well-respected construction company with a strong pipeline of retail work across the Central Belt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, site cleanliness, and compliance
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings
* Liaise with the project team, client representatives, and external stakeholders
* Keep accurate site records, reports, and H&S documentations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail and fit-out projects
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)
* Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage fast-track programmes and deliver under pressure
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Joinery background beneficial but not essential
