Pertemps is working in partnership with Royal Mail and we are looking for Internal Recruiters to join the Sheffield team.
About the role
Reporting into the Regional Recruitment Lead, you will provide an end-to-end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. You will look after a specific region and customer base, allowing you to build up strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders in the business recruit for our posties, driver and mail sorter roles.
This role offers great opportunities for progression and sits within a team that welcomes fresh ideas and strategies. You will manage customer relationships – both Hiring Manager, internal applicant, and potential employees throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
About You
Prior recruitment experience would be ideal but is not a necessity. To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:
• Strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes for the customer, prioritise workloads and hit personal and team related targets
• Excellent planning and time management skills so you are able to juggle conflicting priorities and escalate where appropriate
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
• Good computer and analytical skills including Excel
Hours:
Monday to Friday 33 hours per week
(3 Month Temporary Contract)
