The Candidate will be responsible to develops and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints, coordinate with existing and potential customers, discuss customer responses with company management with a view to improving the services provided. Handle all correspondence and inquiries related related to construction and renovation. Prepare regular to construction and renovation. Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics including customer satisfaction ratings, resolution times and common customer inquires. Ensuring that the services provided meet the highest standard of quality
