Site Manager Required - School Fit-Out Project - St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week school fit-out project with a contract value of £700,000, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire (PE27).
Start Date: Wednesday 7th May
Duration: 10 Weeks
Rate: £280 - £320 per day (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties Will Include:
* Managing day-to-day operations on site
* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
* Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
* Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
* Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress
* Liaising with clients and consultants where required
Requirements:
* Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS)
* Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally within the education sector
* A current DBS check is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Full PPE
