Senior Site Manager – Residential Contractor Somerton | Up to £70,000 Package 16-Unit Housing Association Site ♂️ Medium-Sized Residential Contractor The Opportunity: Walker & Sloan are proud to be partnering with a respected, medium-sized residential contractor to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a brand-new 16-unit Housing Association scheme based in Somerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full site responsibility from groundworks through to handover, working with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional development. The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of the project and be responsible for: * Day-to-day site management and delivery of the project to programme * Managing all trades and subcontractors * Ensuring H&S compliance and quality control on site * Working closely with the contracts manager and commercial team * Holding regular progress meetings and maintaining site documentation * Liaising with local authorities and clients where necessary The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven background in residential construction, ideally including: * Experience managing Housing Association or affordable housing projects * A track record of delivering schemes from start to finish * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred) * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * The ability to work autonomously and maintain a high-quality standard What's in it for you? * Salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience) * Competitive package including car allowance, pension, and holiday * A positive, team-oriented working culture * Genuine career progression in a growing business Interested?
