Junior Sales Executive
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire (office-based)
£25,000 basic + OTE £35,000+ (uncapped)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key responsibilities for the Junior Sales Executive role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Generating new business through outbound calls and proactive outreach
2. Building rapport with prospective clients and introducing services
3. Qualifying client requirements and identifying opportunities
4. Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of leads
5. Understanding basic business financial information
6. Working towards daily activity targets including calls and talk time
7. Converting leads into qualified opportunities
8. Keeping accurate records within internal systems
9. Supporting senior team members with deal progression
10. Contributing to team targets and overall business growth
Skills and experience
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive who has the following:
11. Some experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
12. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
13. A motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
14. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively
15. Good organisation and time management skills
