QuiroAds is expanding. After 5 years of dominating the Spanish-speaking chiropractic market and scaling 100+ clinics, we are officially launching into the English-speaking market (US, UK, AUS).
We have the systems, the branding, and the track record. Now, we need a high-caliber Full-Cycle Sales Executive to own the outreach and lead our expansion.
The Role
You won’t just be a \"setter\" or a \"closer\", you will be a Growth Partner. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying high-value chiropractic leads to conducting discovery calls and bridging the gap to a booked demo.
* Location: 100% Remote (Teams in Spain & Cyprus).
* Availability: Full-time (CET/European hours).
* Focus: Pure B2B Outbound.
Your Responsibilities
* Direct Outreach: Manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (Cold calling, LinkedIn, DMs).
* Discovery & Qualification: Lead discovery calls to demonstrate our value and ensure prospect alignment.
* Pipeline Management: Total ownership of your CRM, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
* Data-Driven Growth: Track and optimize your set rates, show rates, and conversion metrics.
* Market Intelligence: Collaborate with founders to refine messaging for the English-speaking market.
Requirements
* Proven Track Record: Experience setting and closing deals in the B2B/Agency space (Healthcare/Chiropractic experience is a major plus).
* Autonomous Hunter: You are self-driven and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
* Tech Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM workflows.
