Job: Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, with weekend work involved.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches. You are the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Organise and prioritise own workload.
* Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
