As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage site operations from groundworks through to handover
· Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labour
· Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material schedules
· Liaise with clients, surveyors, and the wider project team
· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues swiftly
· Produce a Daily diary with pictures
· Weekly site safety inspections and reports.
· Good use/ understanding of Microsoft Teams
· Good use/ understanding of laptop skills
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, Care Home New build experience is essential.
· SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential
· Strong understanding of health & safety and building regulations
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
