Job Title: Labourer - Social Housing Bathroom Strip-Outs
Location: Local social housing sites (must be able to travel between properties)
Rate: £16.14 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.
Duties:
1. Stripping out old bathrooms (suites, tiles, flooring, etc.)
2. Assisting trades on site
3. Removing and loading waste
4. Keeping work areas clean and safe
5. Working across occupied and void properties
Requirements:
6. Valid CSCS card
7. Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations)
8. Physically fit and reliable
9. Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred
10. Good attitude and willingness to work
Pay:
11. £16.14 per hour
12. 39 hours per week
13. Weekly pay
14. Ongoing work for the right candidates
