About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join us at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
* Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
* Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
* Ensure fairness and consistency in the application of performance management policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Assist the Associate Director HR in various strategic initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as needed.

* Proven experience in human resources management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
