Job description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a team of four Customer Service Administrators. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting inside sales activity, and driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. You will manage day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring accurate order processing and high service standards. Working closely with Sales and Operations, you’ll support revenue growth, develop your team, and improve systems and processes to enhance the customer experience.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, –
Working Pattern: Fully office-based
