We’re a fast-growing, entrepreneurial group with multiple businesses spanning retail, wholesale, and tech. With ambitious plans for the future, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join us and play a key role in building a high-performance culture across the group.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team on people strategy, culture, and organisational development, shaping the foundations for scale.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading HR operations across a multi-business group (c.100+ staff).
* Driving recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
* Advising leadership on employment law, compliance, and best practice.
* Building HR systems and processes that can scale.
* Supporting managers with employee relations and performance management.
* Championing company culture, engagement, and staff wellbeing.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven HR Manager or strong HR Business Partner experience.
* Confident working across multiple sectors with varied teams.
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
* A hands-on operator who can also think strategically.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and highly organised.
* CIPD qualified (preferred, not essential).
