Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and commercially sharp B2B Senior Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our offline B2B global sales. This role is about driving expansion across a diverse and exciting range of market-leading home appliances and consumer goods, while opening new opportunities with charities, housing associations, councils, education, hospitality, healthcare, and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships, entering new markets, and shaping the trajectory of a thriving division. From growing our presence with retailers across the USA, UK, and Europe to supporting organisations that make a tangible impact in communities, this role offers both challenge and reward in equal measure. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage. It is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven. You will be leading from the front-building trust with clients, pitching and closing impactful deals, and ensuring that 1RG becomes the go-to partner for practical, high-quality products that improve everyday life. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Market Development Expand our offline B2B sales across new and existing markets, with a particular focus on retailers in the USA, UK, and Europe. Identify, pursue, and secure new partnerships in sectors including housing, healthcare, education, hospitality, and local government. Work with our leadership team to shape and execute a clear, commercially driven growth strategy. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Build strong, trust-based relationships with both existing accounts and new partners. Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our product range. Provide exceptional service and support that ensures client satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Execution & Negotiation Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Negotiate contracts with a focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes. Represent 1RG at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Product & Market Expertise Become an expert in our product portfolio and demonstrate its impact across multiple industries. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Partner with liquidators to manage end-of-life products and maximise value through clearance strategies. Commercial Impact & Reporting Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive continuous growth. Identify operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the B2B sales channel. Ideal Candidate: Experienced Sales Leader : 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within consumer goods, electricals, or related sectors. Proven Closer : A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional Communicator : Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building trust with diverse stakeholders. Strategic Negotiator : Able to balance commercial impact with long-term relationship building. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Thrives in fast-moving environments, spots opportunities, and takes ownership.
