Sales Executive & Social Media
Location: Office Based - Swatragh (Travel When Required) Working Pattern: (Part-Time) 2–3 Days Per Week Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + Commission
Timber Builds is a fast-growing premium outdoor living company specialising in high-end garden rooms, bespoke saunas, glamping pods, hot tubs, and groundscrew installations.
We're looking for a driven, proactive, and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a dynamic hybrid role combining sales performance with social media engagement, ideal for someone with an active sales mindset who enjoys generating opportunities and building relationships.

Role Overview
This role is centred around lead generation, sales activity, and brand visibility.
You will be responsible for converting enquiries, proactively generating opportunities, and maintaining a strong presence across social platforms.
You will report directly to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
· Respond to and manage incoming enquiries
· Proactively generate new leads and opportunities
· Qualify prospects and identify client needs
· Prepare and follow up on quotations
· Maintain accurate sales records
· Work towards clear sales targets
· Sell across a range of Timber Builds products, including:
Glamping Pods Hot Tubs
Saunas Groundscrews Other Timber Builds offerings

Social Media & Engagement
· Engage actively within Facebook groups and communities
· Generate leads through comments, discussions, and outreach
· Maintain brand visibility and presence online
· Support promotional and marketing activity
· Identify sales opportunities through social channels

Previous sales experience is advantageous
It would be advantageous if you are comfortable using SketchUp (or similar design software), as this will assist in supporting the sales process with clients.
If not, training can be provided.
