The role:
* Oversee HR policies, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation across NI and ROI.
* Track legislative and policy adherence, highlighting risks and supporting remedial actions.
* Prepare accurate HR reports, metrics and data to inform organisational decision-making.
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a fair, inclusive and positive candidate journey.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
* Support wellbeing, engagement and learning initiatives, including CPD coordination.
* Manage HR systems and records, maintaining GDPR standards and accurate payroll and audit information.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources with HR administrative experience in the NI or ROI public sector.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
* Experience using HR Information Systems, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* High levels of discretion when handling confidential information, and a full driving licence.
