Job Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

3. Supervise and support Retail Logistics Coordinators and Team Leaders.
4. Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and accountability.
5. Implement best practices to optimise retail logistics operations.
6. Track key performance indicators to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to address order processing challenges.
8. Evaluate operations and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
9. Serve as the Oracle ERP business lead for system improvements.
10. Experience in E-commerce system navigation.
11. Work with IT and operations to test and implement new solutions.
12. Deliver technical support and training to team members.
13. Identify and execute strategic initiatives to eliminate process inefficiencies.
