Overview Peace Recruitment are working with a high end national house builder and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager to be based out of the Falkirk office and cover the east of Scotland. Responsibilities Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team. Manage and oversee the work of any defects related to complaints in accordance with company standards. Complying with responsibilities in the companies HS&E policy and ensure compliance throughout the team. Working with contractors to resolve any customer complaints. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service management role, specifically in the house building / construction industry. Experience of managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Full UK driving license. Day-to-day This is a hybrid role with one day per week based from head office and the other four days per week split between working from home and out on site. This is a contract role initially with the opportunity to be made permanent after 6 months. Meet with customers to discuss any issues. Review customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Liaise and book in any sub-contractors and operatives when required.
