The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams in the successful execution and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively with team members.
The Role
* Schedule and organise project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects by coordinating various project activities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
* Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication within project teams and across departments to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned.
* Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.
Qualifications
* Excellent administration skills
* Highly competent using Microsoft office, particularly Excel
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
