Highly respected law firm are seeking 2 specialist lawyers for their Employment team.
This can be at Associate and Senior Associate level and will cover acting for employer and employees on a broad range of topics.
This can include
* advice on disciplinary matters,
* performance management,
* unfair dismissal, discrimination,
* grievance and whistleblowing issues and claims,
* litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
* settlement agreements
* work on contracts and policies,
* management issues,
* reorganisations and business transfers
