Our client, a leader in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a contract position. The role involves supporting general Quality Assurance (QA) activities across the business, with a strong focus on data analytics. This position will work closely with senior leadership to drive improvements in quality processes, reporting, and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quality assurance processes across projects and operations
Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain QA documentation, standards, and reporting
Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality performance
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
Strong data analytics capability (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Generalist background welcome, sector experience flexible
