Should have handsonexperience in cloud service development and MuleSoft technologies.
To be able to communicate concisely andprofessionally in both written and verbal mediums and understandthe clients business priorities.
Should havedesire to explore more on the related technologies and providenecessary solutions to the project.
Resolveissues utilizing excellent customer service skills problem solvingskills technical reasoning skills along with a highlevel ofindividual judgement to ensure outcome of customer satisfaction.
Respond to troubleshoot resolve and escalatetickets for the client base.
Interact withusers and other team members to categorize and resolve issues.
Assist teammates and supervisor in theidentification of common issues high priority issues.
Document Analyse and track issues for internal andexternal software development resources to ensure sufficientinformation is available to effectively track down and correctissues.
Determine and test scenarios toreproduce user errors.
Work closely with allother teams to exchange knowledge.
Identifyknowledge base appropriate material and draft content.
Resolve issues wherever possible and where not identifyand document problems clearly for escalation.
Provide timely feedback to end users via phone email or other formof communication.
Work with customers inestablishing the appropriate expectation and response time.
Take ownership of assigned interactionsutilize appropriate followthrough and log all customerinteractions.
Able to speak at an appropriatetechnical and business level for the audience.
Quickly understand system vocabulary business process andcontent.
