About the Company
We are a growing, fast-paced diamond and fine jewellery business dealing in natural diamonds, lab-grown stones, and jewellery. We serve a wide range of clients including retail jewellers, private buyers, and trade professionals. With an emphasis on service, flexibility, and tailored solutions, we are expanding our sales team and looking for two exceptional individuals to join us.
The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially-minded Sales Executive who can manage and grow a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for both maintaining existing relationships and driving new business opportunities. This role is suited to a candidate with a strong sales mentality, an analytical approach to pricing and margins, and the ability to build long-term client trust. You will be free to manage your own client portfolio with the opportunity to grow into handling larger, higher-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the diamond and jewellery trade
* Drive consistent sales performance through proactive outreach, client meetings, follow-ups, and upselling
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to grow order size and product mix
* Build new client relationships and expand your portfolio strategically
* Respond to enquiries efficiently while maintaining focus on value-driven selling
* Oversee client aftercare and repair follow-up to ensure high retention and satisfaction
* Track pipeline activity, provide sales forecasts, and meet monthly and quarterly targets
* Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order execution
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within luxury goods, jewellery, or the diamond industry
* Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing structures and margins
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and digitally
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and results-oriented
* Analytical thinker, confident with numbers and able to present options with clarity
* Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups
* Ambitious and competitive, with a desire to grow into a senior sales position
Previous experience in jewellery or diamond sales is highly preferred, but strong candidates from other relevant luxury or B2B sectors will be considered.
