Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the school site and facilities
* Opening and closing the school buildings
* Ensuring health & safety compliance and carrying out risk assessments
* Overseeing contractors, maintenance schedules and deliveries
* Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and grounds work
* Supporting school events, lettings and emergency call-outs
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
* Practical maintenance and DIY skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Professional, reliable and flexible approach
Salary
Paid in line with the support staff pay scale, depending on experience.
