Responsibilities
:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will:
1. Coordinate works in accordance with company policies and procedures including method statements, risk assessments, safety systems of work and CDM regulations
2. Manage and supervise the delivery of works on site to meet programme and commercial restraints
3. Oversee a team of joiners and operatives on site and ensure they are working in line with health and safety regulations.
4. Ensure records of works completed remain accurate and fully reflective of the technical requirements of project specifications
Essential Requirements:
5. Track record in Site Management
6. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
7. SMSTS or SSSTS Certification
Desirable Qualifications:
8. IOSH Managing Safely
9. PASMA
10. Emergency First Aid
11. Asbestos Awareness
