About the Role
With a user base exceeding 85 million globally, our products are known for their seamless integration and intuitive design. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Advanced Development team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects and building essential internal tools that drive efficiency and innovation. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our platform and enhancing the overall user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Develop and maintain applications that enhance customer interactions and improve user experience, using languages including Typescript/React, Javascript, Python, Rust, etc.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal tools that support various business functions.
3. Work on both front-end and back-end cloud hosted technologies to create high availability, robust, scalable applications.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
We’re Excited If You Have
6. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of applications.
7. Proficiency in front-end technologies (Typescript, JavaScript, ReactJS, etc.), back-end languages (Python and Golang) and frameworks (FastAPI).
8. Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
9. Understanding of modern web development practices, familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
10. Experience with implementing and integrating authentication and authorisation mechanisms (OpenID, SAML, etc).
11. Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing message queueing systems such as RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka for reliable, scalable, and asynchronous data processing.
12. Proficient in navigating and utilising AWS cloud services, with experience deploying applications using containerization best practices and a solid understanding of hosting fundamentals, including ECS and Kubernetes.
13. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
