Electrical Superintendent * Talacre, North Wales - Shore-based site for Offshore related project * ⏰ 12 months - Project to last up to 3 years * Negotiable Rate / Outside IR35 * On-site 5.5 days per week Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy projects within the Offshore industry. We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join as Electrical Superintendent on this exciting and UK-first Carbon Capture project within Liverpool Bay. ✅What You’ll Be Doing: * Coordinate the activities of 2-3 electrical supervisors and any other personnel involved * Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works performed (feasibility analysis) * Supervise external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, vendors, agency * Analyse the progress of the work by identifying any cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose any corrective actions * Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity * Ensure proper electrical discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization * Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works * Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes * Supervise and monitor the electrical works performed or subcontracted * Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role * Strong knowledge of High Voltage Systems * Previous experience on construction projects (or similar) * Qualified as a Senior Authorised Person * Experienced and qualified to work on electrical networks up to 11kV * Relevant electrical qualifications * All required certifications to work on a construction site * Legal right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship Why Join? * Joining a UK Project that is one of the first of its kind - Helping decarbonise industrial sources. * Gain experience working with a leading global EPC contractor. * Long-term contract opportunity with enhanced earnings.
