O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a commercial refurb project in Liverpool. Candidates MUST have experience in complex, high end, commercial projects and must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role.
The Role:
1. Reporting to Project Manager
2. Supervise daily site activity.
3. Ensuring all works are of a high standard.
4. Raising RFI's and instructions
5. Toolbox talks and inductions.
6. Review and update construction phase plan
7. Maintain weekly site progress Diary.
8. Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
Requirements:
9. Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree.
10. Main contracting experience.
11. Experience working on demolition, civils, groundworks and refurbishment projects.
12. SMSTS.
13. CSCS Card.
14. First Aid.
