The Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues.
The Recruiter will work closely with the Team Lead (TL), Manager (CSM), Senior Manager (SM), recruiters, and coordinators to ensure high-quality recruitment services and a smooth recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities
Client Stakeholder Relationships
* Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Deliver end-to-end campus recruitment, advising with market insight and SME knowledge
* Lead attraction strategy discussions with TL, CSM/SM, and Early Careers leadership
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned, high-quality service delivery
Internal Stakeholder Relationships
* Monitor funnel metrics with Philippines/Poland teams and address risks early
* Collaborate with CoE teams to ensure strong client and candidate experience
* Coach and mentor Coordinators on best practice and client culture
* Act as primary contact for reporting, governance, and data requests
Recruitment Delivery
* Deliver recruitment services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations
* Lead intake meetings, recruitment planning, calibrations, and offer processes
* Ensure high-quality shortlists and outstanding candidate experience through to start date
* Proactively manage and elevate stakeholder issues as needed
Technology & Compliance
* Maintain accurate real-time updates across all systems and trackers
* Identify and flag scope creep and delivery risks
* Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment legislation and data standards
* Track, elevate, and mitigate compliance risks in line with AMS frameworks
Skills & Requirements
Must have:
* Experience delivering end-to-end campus / early careers recruitment
* Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and senior partners
* Ability to lead intake meetings, attraction strategy discussions, calibrations, and offers
* Proven delivery against SLAs, timelines, and contractual requirements
* Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams and mentoring coordinators
* Strong data, reporting, and funnel management capability
* Solid understanding of recruitment systems, MS Office, and process compliance
* Knowledge of recruitment legislation, data privacy, and risk management
* Demonstrated behaviours: driving outcomes, prioritisation, quality, stakeholder partnering
Nice to have:
* RPO or matrixed environment experience
* Assessment centre and volume hiring exposure
* Commercial awareness and understanding of financial impact
* Advanced reporting or analytics experience
