DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
1. Onboarding new starters
2. Preparing interview confirmations
3. Assisting in managing agency CV applications
4. Preparing job advertisements/descriptions
5. Preparing contracts and reports
6. Preparing training sessions
7. Performing internal reviews/audits
8. Managing email inboxes
9. Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks
10. Supporting the senior HR team
Skills Required:
1. Previous HR experience of at least one year
2. Must be able to drive and have a valid UK driving license to travel between sites
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
