Rosalyn House is a warm and welcoming nursing home dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for our elderly residents. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Handyman to help keep our home safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include: * Carrying out painting, decorating, and general repairs * Installing fixtures and fittings as required * Performing regular maintenance checks and audits * Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met * Assembling and moving furniture * Organising and running fire drills * Tackling day-to-day maintenance tasks to keep the home in good condition What we’re looking for: * A practical, hands-on individual with good problem-solving skills * Experience in general maintenance or handyman work (preferred but not essential) * A valid driver’s license and access to a car (some local travel may be required) * Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting a caring environment Salary & Benefits: * Starting salary of £14 per hour, negotiable depending on experience * Supportive and friendly working environment * Opportunity to make a real difference in the daily lives of our residents If you’re a proactive, reliable person who enjoys keeping things run...
