Role
* Contact new and existing customers via phone, email and other platforms such as LinkedIn to sell recruitment manufacturing and engineering businesses.
* Identify target businesses and decision makers.
* Office based with client visits.
* Progression into a Recruitment Consultant role managing candidates and clients.
* Opportunity to learn the candidate side of the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Experience making sales calls.
* Ambitious and eager to earn well.
* Strong rapport‑building skills.
* Excellent communication at all levels of an organisation.
