You’ll be responsible for ensuring HR processes are handled correctly and consistently while providing guidance and support to the wider management team.
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Managing right to work checks and onboarding processes
* Issuing employment contracts and handling contractual changes

* Acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees
About you
This role would suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is comfortable working directly with people across a busy business.
You’ll bring:

* The confidence to support managers directly and deal with day-to-day HR matters independently
* A practical, process-driven approach to HR
* Confidence dealing with employee relations matters and difficult conversations
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to build trust with managers and employees across the business
* A friendly, approachable style while still maintaining professional boundaries
