We’re looking for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to oversee remediation and cladding projects across social housing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Oversee cladding remediation works, including compliance with current safety regulations
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in remediation and cladding projects
* Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and façade systems
* SMSTS and relevant construction certifications
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
