The Role
As a HR Administrator, you will utilize your excellent customer service skills, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues with HR queries and new starters seeking information about joining our business.
This role operates in a high-volume environment with a variety of tasks, ideal if you enjoy staying busy and dislike watching the clock.
You will leverage your communication skills to build lasting relationships with colleagues by delivering a top-quality HR service.
Key Activities
* Assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
* Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing basic HR information and escalating issues to HR Business Partners as needed.
* Support projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy updates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and assist with audits.
* Manage the HR email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed, and act as the first point of contact for employment-related questions.
* Track employee probation reviews.
Candidate Requirements

* A keen interest in HR and previous HR administration experience.
* Highly developed customer service and communication skills, including active listening.
* Diplomacy and discretion, along with strong organizational skills to prioritize conflicting and changing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills, and a positive outlook.
* Strong attention to detail, proficient IT skills, and excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
