HRLife is excited to be working with a purpose-led, people centric business to find them an ambitious, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Partner / In-house Recruiter.
You’ll either come from an agency background and looking to transition into an in-house role or if you’ve already got some previous experience in-house, you’ll be looking to build on your existing skills – either way you’ll bring some great ideas, a fresh approach and excellent stakeholder management experience.
In addition to previous recruitment experience, you’ll bring passion and energy, a pro-active mindset and a desire to support hiring managers attract and hire great people into their teams.
Key responsibilities will include;
* Building great relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs, taking detailed briefs so you can positively talk about opportunities with potential candidates
* Be curious and inquisitive so you understand different areas of the business, plan ahead, ask the right questions to understand hiring managers future challenges and upcoming gaps to proactively look for talent
* Tailor your resourcing approach to each role, advising on best attraction methods and be able to advise on best interviewing processes
* Talent mapping, pipelining and using a variety of resourcing tools will be essential so experience of using LinkedIn, job boards and Boolean searching is key
* Supporting the interview process, taking detailed feedback and offering support to managers to ensure they hire the right people
* Working with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process and a great candidate experience
* Collating and providing metrics and data to hiring managers to support their decision making
* Ad-hoc projects

Salary c.40-45k
Will consider candidates looking for 6/12 months FTC opportunities or Permanent.
