Job PurposeTo provideprehensive HR support to a 450-staff manufacturing organisation, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. The role involves managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, advising on a wide range of issues including behavioural concerns, family matters, and disciplinary procedures.
2. Performance Management: Monitor employee performance and address issues such as poor performance and lateness. Work collaboratively with line managers to develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including organising and conducting new starter inductions to ensure a smooth transition into thepany.
4. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to boost morale and foster a positivepany culture.

Experience
5. Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
11. A CIPD qualification is a bonus but is not a requirement for the role.
